Terms & Conditions

Check-in-time: 1000 hrs

Check-out-time: 1200 hrs

Tax & Services Charges :
Room rates are inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% government tax.

Child Policy :
No additional charge for children less than 12 years old sharing room with parent’s without extra bed.
Only one child allowed for free.

Extra bed charges :
THB 200 per bed per night. Only one extra bed allowed.

Amendment Policy :
Guests must make amendment, if there is any at least 3 days before the check-in date. If guests make amendment less than 3 days prior to their check-in date, the hotel will proceed to charge 1 night room rental to the guest’s credit card as penalty.

Shorten Stay :
In case of early check-out/shorten stay, the hotel will charge one night room rental to the guest’s credit card.

Cancellation policy :
Guest must make cancellation, if there is any at least 3 days before the cancellation. If guests make cancellation less than 3 days prior the hotel will proceed to charge 1 night rental to the guest’s credit card as penalty.

No-Show Charges :
The hotel will charge 1 night room rental to the guest’s credit card in the event of no-show.
