Tax & Service charges:
Room rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% VAT. Child Policy :
β’ Children up to 12 years old will stay free of charge in the room sharing with parents using existing bed. Maximum 1 child is allowed per room.
β’ Breakfast for children age between 5 to 12 years will be charged at 50% of the adult breakfast rate.
β’ Free Continental or Met Breakfast for children age 4 and below.
β’ Baby cot is free of charge.
Extra bed charges:
- Additional charge for the third person/ an extra bed is THB 2470 net, inclusive of Met Breakfast or THB 1710 net for extra bed only.
- Only one Extra bed is allowed per room.
Note : Extra bed is available for all rooms category except the City Room. Amendment Policy :
Guests must make amendment, if there is any, at least 5 days before the check-in date. If guests make amendment less than 5 days prior to their check-in date, the Hotel will proceed to charge 1 night room rental to the number of rooms to the guestβs credit card.
Shorten Stay :
The hotel will proceed to charge a one night room rate fee to the number of rooms to the guestβs credit card.
Cancellation Policy :
Cancellation must be make 5 days prior to the arrival date, in the event cancellation is made less than 5 days prior to the arrival date, the hotel will proceed to charge 1 night room rental to the number of rooms to the guestβs credit card as penalty.
No Show Charges :
The hotel will charge 1 night room rental to the number of rooms to the guestβs credit card in the event of No-Show. Breakfast :
Room rates inclusive of Breakfast.
