Tax & Service charges : Rates are inclusive of 5% service charge, 7% VAT.
Child Policy : There is no charge for children under the age of 12 years sharing room with parents (without extra bed).
Extra bed charges : • THB 600 per bed per night free breakfast for one person.
• Only one extra bed in Deluxe, Deluxe Balcony and Deluxe plus.
• Two extra bed in Deluxe Suite.
Amendment Policy : Guests must make amendment, if there is any at least 4 days before the check-in date. If guests make amendment less than 4 days prior to their check-in date, the Hotel will proceed to charge 1 night room rental to the number of rooms to the guest’s credit card as penalty.
Cancellation Policy : Cancellation must be make 4 days prior to the arrival date, in the event cancellation is made less than 4 days prior to the arrival date the hotel will proceed to charge 1 night room rental to the number of rooms to the guest’s credit card as penalty.
No Show Charges : The hotel will charge 1 night room rental to the number of rooms booked to the guest’s credit card in the event of No-Show.
