Tax & Service charge : Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
Child Policy : Child age 0-5 : Free of charge
Child age 5-12 : 50% of adult rate
Child above 12 : rate same as adult
Extra bed charges : THB 1300 per bed per night. Only one chargeable extra bed allowed.
Amendment Policy : Guests must make amendment, if there is any at least 5 days before the check-in date. If guests make amendment less than 5 days prior to their check-in date, the Hotel will proceed to charge 1 night room rental to the guest’s credit card as penalty.
Cancellation Policy : Cancellation must be make 3 days prior to the arrival date, in the event cancellation is made less than 3 days prior to the arrival date the hotel will proceed to charge 1 night room rental to guest’s credit card as penalty.
No Show Charges : The hotel will charge 1 night room rental to the guest’s credit card in the event of No-Show.
