Tax & Service charges :
Room rates are inclusive of service charge and government tax.

Child Policy :
- Children from 0 to 1.99, free of charge, staying either in bed with their parents or free baby cots is provided.
- Children between 2 and 11.99, 50% of extra bed charge, inclusive of ABF.
- Children above 12 years of age pay full extra bed surcharge.

Amendment Policy :
No Charges.

Shorten Stay :
The hotel will still charge the full amount of the total booking value to the guest’s credit card, except for medical emergencies.

Cancellation Policy :
Cancellation must be make 9 days prior to the arrival date, in the event cancellation is made less than 9 days prior to the arrival date, the hotel will proceed to charge 1 night room rental to the number of rooms to the guest’s credit card as penalty.

No Show Charges :
The hotel will charge full amount of the total booking value to the guest’s credit card in the event of No-Show.
