Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% government tax. Late Checkout Charges :

β’ Late check out before 6:00 pm Surcharge of THB 600 net per room.
β’ Late check out before 8:00 pm surcharge of 50% of room rate per category.
β’ Late check out after 8:00 pm surcharge of 1 night full room rate. Child Policy :
β’ There is no charge for children age 0 to 1.99 years sharing room with parent or free baby cot is provided.
β’ Children age between 2 and 11.99 years, 50% of extra bed charge applicable, inclusive of ABF.
β’ Children age above 12 years, pay full extra bed surcharge.
Extra bed charges :
Extra bed @ THB 580 per bed per night. Only one extra bed is allowed. Amendment Policy :
No Charges. Shorten Stay :
The hotel will still charge the full length of stay to the guest's credit card, Except for medical emergencies.
Cancellation Policy :
Cancellation must be make 9 days prior to the arrival date, in the event cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date the hotel will proceed to charge 1 night room rental to the number of rooms to the guestβs credit card as penalty.
No Show Charges :
The hotel will proceed to charge the full amount of booking to the number of rooms to the guest's credit card in the event of No-Show.
Breakfast :
Free American Breakfast.
