Low Season (01 Apr - 30 Jun, 16 Sep - 21 Dec & 06 Jan - 31 Mar) :
Guests must notify the hotel in the event of amendment at least 16 days before the check-in date in Low season otherwise the hotel will proceed to levy a charge of one night`s room rental to the number of rooms booked to the guest`s credit card as penalty. High Season (01 Jul - 15 Sep & 22 Dec - 05 Jan) :
Guests must notify the hotel in the event of amendment at least 23 days before the check-in date in High season otherwise the hotel will proceed to levy a charge of one night`s room rental to the number of rooms booked to the guest`s credit card as penalty. Peak Season(22 Dec - 5 Jan):
Guests must notify the hotel in the event of amendment at least 23 days before the check-in date in Peak season otherwise the hotel will proceed to levy a charge of one night`s room rental to the number of rooms booked to the guest`s credit card as penalty. Shortened Stay :
In the event of early check out, the hotel will proceed to levy a charge of the entire room nights reserved to the guest`s credit card as penalty Cancellation Policy
Low Season (01 Apr - 30 Jun, 16 Sep - 21 Dec & 06 Jan - 31 Mar) :
Guests must notify the hotel in the event of cancellation at least 16 days before the check-in date in low season otherwise the hotel will proceed to levy a charge of one night`s room rental to the number of rooms booked to the guest`s credit card as penalty.
In case of any cancellation less than 5 days on low season, full cancellation fee of the total room nights will be charged. High Season (01 Jul - 15 Sep & 22 Dec - 05 Jan) :
Guests must notify the hotel in the event of cancellation at least 9 days before the check-in date in High season otherwise the hotel will proceed to levy a charge of one night`s room rental to the number of rooms booked to the guest`s credit card as penalty.
In case of any cancellation less than 9 days on High season, full cancellation fee of the total room nights will be charged. Peak Season(22 Dec - 5 Jan) :
Guests must notify the hotel in the event of cancellation at least 23 days before the check-in date in Peak season otherwise the hotel will proceed to levy a charge of one night`s room rental to the number of rooms booked to the guest`s credit card as penalty.
In case of any cancellation less than 9 days on Peak season, full cancellation fee of the total room nights will be charged. No Show Charges :
In the event of No-Show, the hotel will proceed to charge a full No-Show fee of the total number of room nights reserved to the guest`s credit card. Meals:
