Tax & Service charges :
Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% government tax and 1% provincial tax. Child Policy :
• There is no charge for children under the age of 11 years sharing room with parent (without extra bed). If require for extra bed charge 1500 THB included breakfast/night.
• Children 4-11 years old will be charged at 325 THB for American Breakfast. Extra bed charges :
Extra bed @ THB 1500. Only one extra bed is allowed. Amendment Policy :
Guests must make amendment, if there is any at least 3 days before the check-in date. If guests make amendment less than 3 days prior to their check-in date, the hotel will proceed to charge 1 night room rental to the number of rooms to the guest’s credit card. Early check out/Shorten Stay :
• Early check out during Peak Season, 100% of full length of stay will be charged.
• Early check out during High Season, 2 nights charge will be applied.
• Early check out during Low Season, 1 night charge will be applied. Cancellation Policy :
Low Season : (01 May - 14 Jul & 01 Sep - 19 Dec)
Cancellation notice less than 5 days prior to arrival : Charge 2 nights room rental to the number of rooms to the guests credit card. High Season : (11 Jan - 30 Apr & 15 Jul - 31 Aug)
Cancellation notice less than 9 days prior to arrival : Charge 2 nights room rental to the number of rooms to the guests credit card. Peak Season : (20 Dec - 10 Jan)
Cancellation notice less than 16 days prior to arrival : Charge 2 nights room rental to the number of rooms to the guests credit card. No Show Charges :
The hotel will charge full amount of booking value to the guest’s credit card in the event of No-Show. Breakfast :
