Tax & Service charges :
Room rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% government tax. Child Policy :
Children 12 years of age and below sharing the same room with adults are complimentary on a room basis only. Baby cot provided on a complimentary basis.
Extra bed charges :
Extra bed @ THB 1400 per night per Bed inclusive of breakfast. Only one extra Bed is allowed per room. Amendment Policy :
Guests must make amendment, if there is any at least 9 days before the check-in date. If guests make amendment less than 9 days prior to their check-in date, the Hotel will proceed to charge 1 night room rental to the number of rooms to the guest’s credit card.
Shorten Stay :
The hotel will charge full amount of total booking value to the guest’s credit card. Cancellation Policy :
Cancellation must be make 9 days prior to the arrival date, in the event cancellation is made less than 9 days prior to the arrival date, the hotel will proceed to charge 1 night room rental to the number of rooms to the guest’s credit card as penalty.
No Show Charges :
The hotel will charge 1 night room rental to the number of rooms to the guest’s credit card in the event of No-Show. Breakfast :
Room rates are inclusive of breakfast for 2 person only. Airport Transfer :
Return private airport transfer to/from Chiang Rai Airport @ THB 1400 nett per car(Maximum seating for 3 person) or THB 2400 nett per minivan(Maximum seating for 6 persons) can be arranged.
