Tax & Service charges : Room rates are Inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% government tax (subject to changes)
Child Policy : - Child age 0-5 : Free of charge
- Child age 5-12 : 50% of adult rate
- Child above 12 : rate same as adult
Extra bed charges : Extra bed will be charged at THB 1,000 per bed/ per night. Only one chargeable extra bed is allowed per room.
Amendment Policy : Amendment must be made 5 days prior to the arrival date, in the event amendment is made less than 5 days prior to the arrival date the hotel will proceed to charge 1 night room rental to the guests’ credit card.
Cancellation Policy : Cancellation must be make 3 days prior to the arrival date, in the event cancellation is made less than 3 days prior to the arrival date the hotel will proceed to charge 1 night room rental to the guest’s credit card as penalty.
No Show Charges : The hotel will charge 1 night room rental to the guest’s credit card in the event of No-Show.
