Tax & Service charges :
Room rates are inclusive of service charge and government tax. Child Policy :
• Children up to 10 years old will stay free of charge in the room sharing with parents using existing bed. Maximum 2 children allowed per room.
• Breakfast is Free of charge for children age from 0-6 years.
• Breakfast for children from 7-10 years charges @ US$ 10/ Nett.
Extra bed charges :
Extra bed @ US$ 20/Nett per night. Only one extra bed is allowed per room. Amendment Policy :
Guests must make amendment, if there is any at least 4 days before the check-in date. If guests make amendment less than 4 days prior to their check-in date, the Hotel will proceed to charge 50% of the total booking fee to the guest’s credit card as penalty. Shorten Stay / Early check out:
In the event of early check out, the hotel will proceed to levy a charge of 50% of the entire room nights reserved to the guest’s credit card as penalty. Cancellation Policy :
Cancellation must be make 4 days prior to the arrival date, in the event cancellation is made less than 4 days prior to the arrival date, the hotel will proceed to charge 50% of the entire room nights reserved to the guest’s credit card as penalty. No Show Charges :
The hotel will charge a full No-Show fee of the total number of room nights reserved to the guest’s credit card. Breakfast :
