Tax & Service charges : Room rates are inclusive of 21% service charge and government tax.
Child Policy : Free of charge for children below 12 years of age staying with both paying parents in room without extra bed.
Extra bed charges : Extra bed @ USD 21 / per Bed / per night.
Amendment Policy : Guests must make amendment, if there is any at least 5 days before the check-in date. If guests make amendment less than 5 days prior to their check-in date, the Hotel will proceed to levy a charge of the entire room nights reserved to the guest’s credit card as penalty.
Shorten Stay : The hotel will proceed to charge the full amount of booking fee to the guest’s credit card.
Cancellation Policy : No cancellation allowed. The hotel will proceed to charge 100% of the total number of room nights reserved to the guest’s credit card.
No Show Charges : The hotel will charge 100% of the total number of room nights reserved to the guest’s credit card in the event of No-Show.
