Tax & Services Charges : Room rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7.7% government tax.
Child policy : Complimentary extra bed for children under 12 years of age. Only 1 child is allowed in room with both paying parents. Breakfast will be discounted at 50% from selling rate.
Extra Bed Charges : THB 1800++ per bed per night. Only one Extra Bed is allowed per room.
Amendment Policy : Amendment must be made 3 days prior to the arrival date, in the event amendment is made less than 3 days prior to arrival date the hotel will proceed to charge 1 night room rental to the number of rooms booked to the guest’s credit card as penalty.
Shorten Stay : The hotel will proceed to charge 1 night room rental to the number of rooms to the guest’s credit card.
Cancellation policy : Cancellation must be made 4 days prior to the arrival date, in the event amendment is made less than 4 days prior to arrival date the hotel will proceed to charge 1 night room rental to the number of rooms booked to the guest’s credit card as penalty.
No Show Charges : The hotel will charge 1 night room rental to the guest’s credit card in the event of no show.
