Tax & Service charges:
Room rates are Nett price inclusive of 10% service charge and 7%government tax. Child Policy :
β’ Children up to 11 years old will stay free of charge in the room sharing with parents using existing bed. Maximum 2 children allowed per room.
β’ Breakfast for child under 11 years will be charged at 50% of the adult breakfast rate. Extra bed charges :
β’ Children 12 years old and above will be charged THB 1200 net sharing a room with parent (Maximum 2 adults & 1 children per room)
β’ Extra bed will not be provided in Classic / Standard rooms.
β’ Only one chargeable extra bed is allowed in Superior room.
Amendment Policy :
Guests must make amendment, if there is any at least 5 days before the check-in date. If guests make amendment less than 5 days prior to their check-in date, the Hotel will proceed to charge 50% of the initial booking rate to the number of rooms to the guestβs credit card. Cancellation Policy :
Cancellation must be make 5 days prior to the arrival date, in the event cancellation is made less than 5 days prior to the arrival date, the hotel will proceed to charge 50% of the room rate to the number of rooms to the guestβs credit card as penalty.
No Show Charges:
The hotel will charge 1 night room rental to the number of rooms to the guestβs credit card in the event of No-Show.
