Tax & Service Charge :
Room rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% government tax (subject to changes). From Jan 01 2011, 6% government tax will apply. Child Policy :
No charge for children below 11 years old sharing room with parents. Extra bed charges :
RM 57.50 nett per bed per night.
Only one extra bed allowed in each room.
Amendment Policy :
Amendment must be made 5 days prior to the arrival date, in the event amendment to the booking is made less than 5 days prior to arrival date the hotel will proceed to charge 1 night room rental to the guests’ credit card.
Peak Season (19-22 & 21-31 \'Dec 09) :
Amendment must be made 9 days prior to the arrival date, in the event amendment to the booking is made less than 9 days prior to arrival date the hotel will proceed to charge 1 night room rental to the guests’ credit card.
Cancellation Policy :
Cancellation must be make 5 days prior to the arrival date, in the event cancellation is made less than 5 days prior to the arrival date the hotel will proceed to charge 1 night room rental to guest’s credit card as penalty. Peak Season (19-22 & 21-31 \'Dec 09) :
