Tax & Service charges :
Rates are inclusive of 5% service charge and 7% VAT. Child Policy :
• Complimentary breakfast for a child below 6 years of age.
• Breakfast for children 6 years old and above will be charged per head as adult.
• Free of charge for a child below 6 years of age sharing the same room with parents, without extra bed (room only). Maximum of 1 child per room.
• Extra bed is required for children above 6 years of age.

Guests must make amendment, if there is any at least 4 days before the check-in date. If guests make amendment less than 4 days prior to their check
-in date, the Hotel will proceed to charge 1 night room rental to the number of rooms to the guest’s credit card as penalty.
Shorten Stay :
Free of charge. Cancellation Policy :
Cancellation must be make 4 days prior to the arrival date, in the event cancellation is made less than 4 days prior to the arrival date the hotel
will proceed to charge 1 night room rental to the number of rooms to the guest’s credit card as penalty.
No Show Charges :
The hotel will charge 1 night room rental to the number of rooms to the guest’s credit card in the event of No-Show.
