Tax & Service charges : Room rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
Child Policy : No charge for children below 10 years old sharing room with parent and without extra bed.
Extra bed charges : Extra bed charge THB 500. Maximum 1 extra bed is allowed in studio room type.
Amendment Policy : Guests must make amendment, if there is any at least 7 days before the check-in date. If guests make amendment less than 7 days prior to their check-in date, the Hotel will proceed to charge 1 night room rental to the number of rooms to the guestβs credit card as penalty.
Shorten Stay : A one night room rental to the number of rooms will be charged to the guestβs credit card for early check out.
Cancellation Policy : Cancellation must be make 5 days prior to the arrival date, in the event cancellation is made less than 5 days prior to the arrival date the hotel will proceed to charge 1 night rental to the number of rooms to the guestβs credit card as penalty.
No Show Charges : The hotel will charge 1 night room rental to the number of rooms booked to the guestβs credit card in the event of No-Show.
