Room rates are inclusive of 7% VAT, 10% Service charge and 0.8% provincial tax. Child Policy :
Free of charge for children below 12 years of age staying with both paying parents in room without extra bed. Extra bed charges :
No Extra Bed. Amendment Policy :
Guests must make amendment, if there is any at least 5 days before the check-in date. If guests make amendment less than 5 days prior to their check-in date, the Hotel will proceed to charge 1 night room rental to the number of rooms to the guest’s credit card.
Shorten Stay :
The hotel will proceed to charge an additional 1 night room rate fee to the number of rooms booked to the guest’s credit card.
Cancellation Policy :
Cancellation must be make 5 days prior to the arrival date, in the event cancellation is made less than 5 days prior to the arrival date, the hotel will proceed to charge 1 night room rental to the number of rooms to the guest’s credit card as penalty.
No Show Charges :
The hotel will proceed to charge the 1 night room rental to the guest’s credit card in the event of No-Show.
